What a valid notice must contain

  • Your signature (physical or electronic).
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including its URL on this site.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the material and its former URL, a consent to federal court jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake. We will restore material as the statute requires.

Repeat infringers

Accounts of repeat infringers are terminated.
