Publisher noticeSome fields on this page depend on publisher decisions that have not been finalized. Anything we cannot state as fact is marked as awaiting the publisher rather than invented.
Corrections policy
We correct errors openly and quickly. A caught error corrected in hours costs little; a defended error costs everything.
How to report an error
[AWAITING PUBLISHER] Corrections contact: The monitored corrections contact has not been designated yet.
Until then, use the contact form and choose "Correction" as the subject.
What gets corrected
Material errors of fact are corrected with a dated correction note on the article itself, never by silent edit. Typos and style fixes may be made silently. Clarifications that add context without changing the facts are labeled as clarifications.
Format
Correction notes appear in a corrections box on the article, dated, and describe what was wrong and what is now correct.
